The role
You'll make sure every facility running Ventrecs works the way healthcare actually works. You'll translate clinical, lab and pharmacy workflows into system configuration, train users, and join product demos as the person who has done the job.
What you'll do
- Run discovery workshops with clinics, labs, pharmacies and hospitals to map their workflows.
- Configure Ventrecs for each facility: clinical forms, order sets, lab and pharmacy workflows, and insurance processes.
- Train clinicians, nurses, lab, pharmacy and front-desk staff by role.
- Lead go-live and hypercare on the clinical side.
- Join sales demos and answer clinical and workflow questions from prospects.
- Feed real-world requirements back to the product team.
What you bring
- A background as a nurse, pharmacist, lab technologist, radiographer or health informatics professional.
- 3+ years in UAE or GCC healthcare facilities, and/or in implementing a HIS, EMR or LIS system.
- A strong understanding of outpatient, lab, pharmacy or hospital workflows, plus insurance and claims processes.
- Confidence presenting to doctors and facility management.
- Fluent English and Arabic.
Nice to have
- Experience with DHA, DOH or MOHAP processes.
- An implementation background with any HIS/EMR vendor.
