How users are prepared
Training is by role, because a nurse, a laboratory technologist and a cashier use different parts of the system. Each track is run before go-live.
In every department a few super-users are trained to support their colleagues first, so a question is answered at the bench or the ward before it becomes a ticket.

What is in place
Ventrecs does not claim ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA or any other security certification, and makes no data-residency, uptime or response-time promise on this page. Hosting, security review and service levels are discussed and agreed for each deployment and written into the contract.
Questions we are asked
Is training role-based?
Yes. There are separate tracks for clinicians, nurses, laboratory, imaging, pharmacy and finance teams.
What is a super-user?
A trained champion in a department who supports colleagues day to day.
Where do users find help?
In the Help Centre at help.ventrecs.com, in English and Arabic, and by raising a ticket when a guide does not solve the problem.
What if patient care is affected right now?
Do not wait for a ticket reply. Use your organisation's urgent patient-safety route; the ticket form says so.
