Who we are
Ventrecs is a connected healthcare platform for providers across the Middle East. It is a product of Al Jawad Software House (“Al Jawad”), a sole establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence no. 884746, with its office at Office No. C-17, Burdub, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. Ventrecs is not a separate company. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Al Jawad Software House. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us when you send an enquiry through the contact form: your name, organisation, work email, phone number, the topic you choose and your message.
Technical information that every website receives when you visit: IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of the visit, recorded in standard server logs.
This website does not collect patient or clinical data.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration or discovery workshop, and follow up on it.
To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the website and our enquiry handling for us, including Odoo (website hosting and our CRM). They process the information only to provide that service.
Our own teams who handle enquiries and deliver Ventrecs.
Authorities, where the law requires it.
Cookies and fonts
The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering your language and keeping your session secure.
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship that follows, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask us to give you access to your information, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it in certain ways.

Patient data in our products
When a healthcare provider uses a Ventrecs product, the provider decides why and how patient data is used, and Al Jawad processes it on the provider’s behalf. That processing is governed by the data processing terms provided to customers. See the Data processing page.
