Healthcare software for multi-site provider networks

One patient identity, one way of configuring a site and one group view, across every clinic, laboratory and hospital you run.

The group layer
  • One patient identity
  • One configuration model
  • One dashboard of activity and charges
  • One pricing and claims model
Clinic
Outpatient care
Laboratory
A shared service
Hospital
Inpatient care

What gets in the way

A network grows by adding sites, and every site tends to add its own way of working. Over time the group cannot compare sites, patients are registered again at each location, and finance reads figures that were assembled by hand.

Ventrecs gives a network one operating model. Facilities and departments sit in one hierarchy, a patient has one identity across them, and activity rolls up into group dashboards.

Typical challenges
  • Each site configured differently
  • No group-level view of throughput or revenue
  • Patients re-registered at every location
  • Shared laboratory and imaging services that are hard to run across sites

How Ventrecs helps

One patient identity

A patient registered at one site is the same patient at the next.

  • Enterprise patient identity and identifiers across facilities
  • A duplicate-review queue instead of silent duplicates
  • Consent and break-glass access recorded on the record

One way to configure a site

New sites start from the group's model, not from a blank page.

  • Facilities, departments and clinical configuration managed as a hierarchy
  • Controlled master data with governed review and approval
  • Country configuration packs reviewed and approved before they are applied

A group view

The group reads the same dashboards the sites do.

  • Encounters, occupancy, charges and turnaround across facilities
  • Every chart switches to a pivot table and exports to a spreadsheet
  • Live queries rather than a monthly report

Shared laboratory and imaging

A central service for several sites is scoped per project.

  • Which site orders and which site performs, agreed up front
  • Specimens, results and studies carry the facility of the order and the patient
  • Laboratory and imaging turnaround on the group dashboards

Group finance and payers

Revenue and payer rules are consistent across sites.

  • Service pricing by payer, applied the same way at every site
  • Claims and payments tracked after each visit
  • Group finance and ERP connections, scoped per project

Questions we are asked

Can every site be configured the same way?

Facilities, departments and clinical configuration are managed as a hierarchy, so a new site can start from the group's model. Local differences are configured and approved, not improvised.

Does a patient have to register again at each site?

Patient identity is held at enterprise level across facilities, with a duplicate-review queue. Access to a record is controlled by facility and consent rules.

What can the group see?

Encounters, occupancy, charges and laboratory and imaging turnaround across facilities, on dashboards that are live queries with pivot and spreadsheet export.

Can sites share a laboratory or imaging service?

A shared service for several sites is scoped per project: we agree which site orders and which performs. Each specimen, result or study carries the facility of the order and the patient.
