About the role
The role
You'll own how Ventrecs exchanges data with the healthcare ecosystem: national platforms, payers, devices and third-party systems. You'll activate, test and support integrations for each facility we deploy, and you'll be the technical voice on integration in customer meetings.
What you'll do
- Configure, test and go live with connectors to national platforms such as NABIDH, Malaffi, Riayati, DHPO and Shafafiya, and with NPHIES and Wasfaty for KSA.
- Build and maintain HL7 v2 and FHIR interfaces with labs, analysers, PACS and external systems.
- Handle DICOM and modality worklist integration with imaging equipment and PACS.
- Work with each operator's onboarding and testing process through to sign-off.
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues after go-live.
- Document integration specifications and support the sales team in technical discussions.
What you bring
- 3+ years in healthcare integration or health IT.
- Hands-on experience with HL7 v2, FHIR, and DICOM/PACS.
- Experience with at least one UAE or GCC national platform: NABIDH, Malaffi, Riayati, DHPO, Shafafiya or NPHIES.
- Comfort with APIs, JSON/XML, and integration engines or middleware.
- Clear communication with both technical and clinical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with insurance claims and e-prescription flows.
- Python or similar scripting.
- Arabic.
